Speed and consistent quality are just two of the many advantages of choosing a modular home. On the average, a home consisting of 2 modules will be factory produced in just less than 2 weeks. The home can have cabinets, flooring, most plumbing, most fixtures and a good deal of the drywall finished at the factory. The home is then transported to the site and placed permanently on the foundation (basement or crawlspace). The final on-site completion  includes the connection of utilities, HVAC, drywall finishing, carpet seaming and final finishing touches.    Completion time varies with the size and details of the home.
